A conversion project for an old dairy farm south of Hereford City.

The proposed development comprises the restoration and a sympathetic repurposing of the agricultural buildings and approximately 19 acres of land situated at Ashley Farm. Incorporating a change of use to provide a permanent base for an established social enterprise that provides land based therapeutic activities and skills training for the local community. Hereford Community Farm have been providing care in the Hereford Area for many years now and this opportunity to consolidate and expand their presence is an inspiring move for Hereford and it’s surrounding communities.
