Currently on site with a completion date in early 2025, this project inherits a design and focuses on the technical delivery of an EnerPHit project but without certification. Entirely wrapping the house in graphite enhanced EPS in combination with graphite bead insulation in existing cavities allows Passivhaus standard U Values to be achieved. In depth on site training has led to an interim air-test result of circa 0.75 ach with expected improvements for the final air-test.

• 150mm Graphite enhanced EPS External wall Insulation.
• Knauf Glasswool insulation in a cut timber roof with a PIR lining, Intello air-tightness layer & Solitex breather membrane.
Use of Pro-Clima Intello Plus was a first for the contractor but they achieved an impressive 0.75 ach on the first test post window installation.
